Public Transportation

Both campuses are easily accessible by public transit, which fits with our philosophy of being integrated into our community – we mean that both spiritually and in a more practical sense!

Main Campus (K-8)

Address: 1310 University Ave., Berkeley, CA 94702 between San Pablo and Sacramento Avenues.

BART – we are a few blocks southwest of the North Berkeley BART station.
Buses – you can get to the University Ave. campus by taking AC Transit lines 51, 52L, 800 or the FS Transbay line from San Francisco. Get off at the stop on University Ave. near Bonar St.
Bicycle Routes – there is a bike path that comes from Delaware St. (parallel to University, two blocks north) that comes right to the campus and has a stoplight/crosswalk. Delaware St. is a designated bike route.

Early Childhood Center (ECC – Preschool)

Address: 2030 Francisco Street, Berkeley, CA 94709, just off Shattuck Avenue.

BART – the ECC campus is located 6 blocks (1/2 mile) north of the Downtown Berkeley BART station.
Buses – you can reach the ECC campus by taking AC Transit lines 7, 9, 18, 19, or the FS Transbay line from San Francisco. Get off at the stop at Shattuck and Delaware, or at Shattuck and Virginia.
Bicycle Routes – Milvia St. (one block west of Shattuck, running east-west) and Virginia St. are both designated bike routes and run within one block of the ECC campus, which is on Francisco, between Milvia St. and Shattuck Ave.
