We are in the process of scheduling our games that will start in April and continue to the end of May. The TBS volleyball team is open to grades 4th-8th.

This is an optional, drop-in time for students to work on assignments, get help from teachers, and bolster study skills. Sessions will be run by Stephen Cahill (SEL/Health Specialist); Jen Tilson (MS Learning Specialist/Executive Function Coach); and Julia Shields (4th-6th Learning Specialist). Good Work takes place on Mondays and Thursdays, after school from 3:35 PM to 5:00 PM.

We are excited to celebrate Kindness Week at ECC! As part of our festivities, we will be hosting a potluck on Friday, April 4. Each student will contribute an item to the potluck and enjoy a meal together. Since there will be plenty of food, students do not need to bring lunch that day. This event is only for students, but don’t worry—we will have more potlucks in the future where families will be invited!
Here, you’ll find a list of students along with their assigned potluck items. Please send the designated item with your child on the specified date. Most items will be needed on April 4, but a few will be collected on April 1 to prepare homemade macaroni and cheese for the potluck. Please double check the date on your assigned potluck item! If you’re unable to provide the assigned item by the due date, please let us know, and we’ll make arrangements.

Coyote Hills spans 1,266 acres of marshland and rolling grassland-covered hills along the eastern shore of San Francisco Bay, near Fremont and Newark. We'll be visiting for a program that introduces students to aspects of Ohlone culture, including their deep connection to the land, natural resources, and traditional skills. Through hands-on activities and time outdoors, students will explore artifacts, specimens, and tools that Native People continue to use today. We are very excited to visit when the weather allows!

Good Work (Homework Club)
This is an optional, drop-in time for students to work on assignments, get help from teachers, and bolster study skills. Sessions will be run by Stephen Cahill (SEL/Health Specialist); Jen Tilson (MS Learning Specialist/Executive Function Coach); and Julia Shields (4th-6th Learning Specialist). Good Work takes place on Mondays and Thursdays, after school from 3:35 PM to 5:00 PM.

Snacks are provided. Snack time is in the Outdoor Classroom from 3:35-3:45 PM.

Work time is in the Map Room from 3:45 PM - 5:00 PM.

Students do not need to stay for the entire time, and can be picked up earlier if needed. Students who finish work early may choose to stay in Good Work and work on other quiet activities, or join ExDay.

Additionally, Good Work will also be held during the school day, weekly on Wednesdays during recess (12:40-1:10).

This is free for MS students.
